What fresh means at RINGANA
Small batches, short shelf lives, no classic preservatives, and why that keeps RINGANA off store shelves.
At RINGANA, fresh means three things: products made in small batches, with short shelf lives, and without classic preservatives. RINGANA then ships each order straight to the person who placed it. That's why you won't find RINGANA on a store shelf: fresh is not built to wait.
I'm Sarah Scarano, an independent RINGANA Partner in Montana. FRESH is in the name of 37 of the 43 full-size products in RINGANA's US range, so here is what it means, kept to what RINGANA says and what you can check on the label.
Small batches, short shelf lives, no classic preservatives
Those are RINGANA's three markers, and the rest of how RINGANA works follows from them. RINGANA makes its products in Styria, Austria, where it was founded in 1996 and still does its research and production. It doesn't send them to a warehouse store or a drugstore aisle. It ships them, order by order, to the people who ordered them.
RINGANA's skincare carries the name. Every skincare, body, hair and oral care product in the US range starts with FRESH, from FRESH cleanser to FRESH tooth oil. On its Spanish pages, RINGANA labels its FRESH skincare with this line, in English:
Fresh high-performance products whose effects can be seen and felt on the skin.

Why RINGANA isn't on store shelves
A shelf is where products wait. RINGANA's are made not to, so RINGANA skips the shelf: it sells through its partners and its official online shop, and every order ships from RINGANA to the person who placed it.
The rule reaches partners too. RINGANA's terms do not allow partners to keep stock, and do not allow salons to sell RINGANA over the counter. I don't have a box of product at home to sell you, and a salon that partners with RINGANA can't put a jar on its retail shelf. When you order, RINGANA ships it.

What you can see on the label
You don't have to take fresh on faith. RINGANA publishes the full ingredient list for its skincare, body, hair and oral care products, and my products page shows each one, word for word, under the product.
Read a few and one pattern stands out. In 24 of the 37 skincare, body, hair and oral care products in RINGANA's US range, the first ingredient listed is not water. In 15 it's orange fruit water (Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Fruit Water), from FRESH cleanser to FRESH hand balm. In 9 it's aloe vera leaf juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice), including both FRESH toners and FRESH cream rich. I counted them on November 1, 2026, from the lists RINGANA publishes.
RINGANA also names the hero ingredients of each product. For FRESH soap, one of them is "Aloe vera fresh plant juice". For FRESH cleansing water, it's "Aloe vera fresh plant juice and cherry water".
And under every list, RINGANA prints the same note:
