I’m Sarah Scarano, an agentic engineer and creative director, and the founder of Modern Mustard Seed. I design offices full of AI agents, take products from a sentence to live, and direct the films that launch them. All of it grows from faith the size of a mustard seed.

On Sundays I run camera for Fresh Life, and I help bring the service to the people watching on the Resi live stream. It is the same craft as the films, offered back.

I spent fifteen years in high-ticket sales and design, and the last three building with AI, automation and code. Now I run Modern Mustard Seed with my lovely husband Anthony from Bigfork, on Flathead Lake, where we love to swim and play in the snow with our two dogs. Our hilarious and brilliant son Easton keeps us laughing and our hearts full.
I’m happiest at zero to one: a business owner with an idea and no team, and a few weeks later a real product, a crew of agents running it, and a film people share. I build what clients own and can run without us, and I manage it for them as long as they want.
I infuse play into the work and engineer my time back. Getting more done in less time is the whole game, and the time I win goes to my family, the lake and the people I serve.
